UI UX design system showcasing user research wireframes, design components, and usability testing results

UI/UX Design Services

We design digital experiences users love and businesses measure in conversions. From user research and wireframing to polished visual design and documented design systems every interaction is intentional, accessible, and tied to a number you can track.

What is UI/UX Design?

UX design determines how a product works, the flows, structure, and decisions that let someone accomplish what they came to do. UI design determines how it looks and responds to layout, typography, colour, states, and motion. They're separate disciplines, and products fail when one is treated as decoration for the other.

We design with outcomes in mind every screen is validated with real users before development begins, so you're not paying engineers to build something that gets redesigned after launch.

What's the difference between UI and UX design?

UX is the structure flows, hierarchy, and the decisions that determine whether someone can complete a task. UI is the surface layout, colour, typography, and interaction states. Good UI on bad UX produces an attractive product people abandon; good UX with poor UI produces one they don't trust.

What's Included

  • Research into what users actually need, before anything is drawn
  • Information architecture and user flows
  • Wireframes and clickable prototypes tested with real users
  • Visual design for every state, breakpoint, and edge case
  • A design system your engineers can build from without guessing

Design That Converts — Not Just Looks Good

Great design is not decoration it is the difference between a product users love and one they abandon. We start with deep user research to understand real behavior, build wireframes that map every journey, and deliver polished visual design backed by a scalable design system. Every decision is intentional, accessible, and tied to a measurable outcome.

On accessible by default. Every screen we deliver meets WCAG 2.1 AA colour contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader semantics, and focus states designed in rather than retrofitted. For public sector clients we produce the VPAT documentation procurement requires. For commercial clients it's the cheapest form of litigation insurance available, and it makes the product better for everyone using it.

What's Included

Explore the core capabilities we deliver under UI/UX Design.

In-depth interviews, surveys, and behavioural analysis that uncover what your users actually need before design begins. We watch what people do, not just what they say they'd do.

Scalable by Design

Systems built to grow from your first user to your millionth without costly rewrites.

Our Process

Four phases from product strategy to launch. Here's what happens in each, and what you get at the end of it.

1

User Research & Discovery (1–2 weeks)

We run interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis to understand real user needs — before any design decisions are made.

You Get: A research report with user personas, pain points, and validated design principles.

2

Wireframing & Prototyping (2–3 weeks)

We map every user journey in low-fidelity wireframes, then build clickable prototypes validated with real users before visual design begins.

You Get: A user-tested clickable prototype with annotated user flows and usability findings.

3

Visual Design (3–5 weeks)

We apply your brand to every screen with pixel-perfect precision — accessible, responsive, and built to the component level for clean developer handoff.

You Get: Pixel-perfect Figma screens for every state and breakpoint, WCAG-compliant and ready for handoff.

4

Handoff & Design System (1–2 weeks)

We deliver a complete design system with documented components, tokens, and usage guidelines your team can build from independently.

You Get: A full design system with component library, token documentation, and usage guidelines.

What You Actually Get

Here's what you gain when you choose UI/UX Design with Aridian Technologies.

01

Conversion You Can Measure

We define the metric before the first wireframe and measure against it after launch. Redesigns average [X]% lift in the flow we targeted and where they don't, you find out why rather than guessing.

02

Rework Avoided, Not Deferred

Every screen is user-tested before engineering starts. Catching a flow problem in a prototype costs an afternoon; catching it in production costs a sprint and a difficult conversation.

03

A System, Not a Set of Screens

A documented component library with tokens and usage guidelines. Your team builds new features without re-deciding what a button looks like, and the product stops drifting visually as it grows.

Real Projects, Real Outcomes

Frequently Asked Questions

Four phases: user research and discovery, wireframing and prototyping, visual design, then handoff with a documented design system. Every phase produces a deliverable you keep: research report, tested prototype, Figma screens, component library.

Yes, on every engagement. Interviews, surveys, and behavioural analysis before design begins, then usability testing against prototypes. Where the budget is tight we scale the method, not the principle. Even five moderated sessions surface most major flow problems.

Figma for design and prototyping, FigJam for workshops, Maze and UserTesting for unmoderated research, and Storybook where your engineering team wants the component library live. Files are delivered in your Figma organization, not ours.

Yes, and it's a common engagement. We start with a heuristic review and usability testing on what's live to identify what's actually costing you conversions then redesign against those findings rather than redesigning everything on instinct.

Every engagement includes one. Component library, design tokens, usage guidelines, and documentation your engineers build from directly. It's phase four, not an upsell.
