MVP prototype development process showing rapid wireframing and iterative product launch strategy

MVP & Prototype Development Services

We help founders go from idea to a live, validated product in weeks not months. Rapid prototyping, real user testing, and a lean build that sharpens your product-market fit and gives you something investor-ready before you commit to full scale.

What is MVP & Prototype Development?

A minimum viable product is the smallest version of your idea that can test whether people actually want it. Not a stripped-down version of the full product the specific subset of features that proves or disproves your riskiest assumption, built well enough to put in front of real users.

We've helped founders go from napkin sketch to live product in under six weeks with real users, real feedback, and something investor-ready before committing to a full build.

What's the difference between a prototype, an MVP, and a v1?

A prototype is clickable but not functional it tests whether people understand your idea. An MVP is functional and live it tests whether they'll use it. A v1 is the product you build once the MVP proved they will. Most founders skip the first two and pay for it in the third.

What's Included

  • One clear hypothesis it exists to test
  • Real users, not internal demos
  • Instrumentation that tells you whether it worked
  • Code you can build on, not code you'll throw away

Validate Your Idea Before You Invest in Full-Scale Development

The biggest risk in product development is building something nobody wants. We help you test your core assumptions fast clickable prototypes in days, real-user feedback in weeks, and a lean MVP in market before you commit to a full build.

And if the answer is no? That's a result, not a failure. Learning in six weeks and [$X] that the idea needs to change is the cheapest outcome available to you the expensive version is learning it in nine months. We'll give you a go/no-go recommendation in week one, before you've spent the build budget, and we'd rather lose the project than take money for something we don't think will work.

Our Process

Four phases from product strategy to launch. Here's what happens in each, and what you get at the end of it.

1

Idea Validation (3–5 days)

We run discovery sessions to stress-test your core assumptions and identify the single feature that will prove or disprove your hypothesis fastest.

You Get: A validated problem statement, prioritized feature list, and a go/no-go recommendation.

2

Wireframing & Design (1 Week)

We produce clickable Figma prototypes in days enough fidelity to test with real users before committing to development.

You Get: A clickable prototype with user-tested flows ready for developer handoff.

3

MVP Build (3–4 weeks)

We build only what's needed to validate the core value proposition clean code, no shortcuts, but nothing that isn't essential yet.

You Get: A live, deployable MVP with core features, basic analytics, and a staging environment.

4

Launch & Feedback Loop (1 week + ongoing)

We deploy, instrument analytics, and set up the feedback channels that turn early user behavior into your next sprint priorities.

You Get: A live product with analytics dashboards, user feedback channels, and a prioritized backlog for v2.

Frequently Asked Questions

The smallest version of your product that tests whether people want it. Not a cut-down full product the specific features that prove or disprove your riskiest assumption, built well enough for real users and instrumented so you can tell whether it worked.

Four to six weeks from validated scope to live product. Idea validation takes three to five days before that, and we'll tell you at the end of it whether the scope is realistic in that window or whether it needs cutting further.

Yes we build on architecture that carries into the full product. Speed comes from building fewer things, not from shortcuts. You won't need a rewrite to add the second feature set.

That's usually part of the point. You get a working product, real usage data, and analytics that show engagement which is what investors ask for after the deck. We can also help structure the demo narrative around what the data actually shows.

You get a prioritized v2 backlog based on what the data shows, not on what was in the original wishlist. Most clients continue into a full build; some pivot; a few stop. All three are valid outcomes and the MVP is what makes the choice informed.

Then you've saved the build budget, and that's the cheapest possible outcome. We give a go/no-go recommendation at the end of week one. If it's no-go, you pay for the validation phase only and we'll tell you what we'd test instead.

Yes your repositories, your accounts, your IP from the first commit. Assigned in writing in every SOW. If you take the v1 build in-house or to another team, everything transfers cleanly.
